The team partners closely with <b>Product, Engineering, and PMO</b> to support both existing markets and new country expansions. With strengths in long-range planning, program execution, and cross-functional alignment, the team focuses on evolving customer and seller experience capabilities at scale. <li>Lead <b>multi‑year strategic planning</b>, budgeting, and execution of large-scale technology programs focused on customer and seller experience across different geographies and markets.</li>

<li>Monitor experience health using key metrics (e.g., contact rate, CSAT, resolution time, escalation defects, seller satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.</li>

Our store is already built, and we are now seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Shopify manager to help us prepare for launch and manage ongoing operations. All vendors are linked via Shopify Collective.</p><p>This is a hands-on role at the beginning, transitioning into ongoing management and support.</p><p>Phase 1: Pre-Launch (High Involvement)</p><p>You will work closely with me to:</p><p>Review all vendors connected via Shopify Collective</p><p>Curate and select which products will be featured in the store</p><p>Evaluate vendor-provided images and select the best assets</p><p>Identify vendors with subpar imagery so that entire store is cohesive. (we have AI enhancement support in place to collaborate with)</p><p>Clean up and optimize all product listings (titles, descriptions, formatting, consistency)</p><p>Ensure product pages align with our brand standards and voice</p><p>Assist in organizing collections and overall store structure</p><p>Review and help refine the visual presentation of the site (open to suggestions for improvement)</p><p>Ensure shipping settings, vendor integrations, and fulfillment flows are properly configured</p><p>Phase 2: Launch &amp; Ongoing Management</p><p>Daily management of the Shopify dashboard</p><p>Respond to customer emails and inquiries (potentially reaching out to vendors for answers)</p><p>Ongoing product and listing updates upon my direction.</p><p>Monitor vendor performance and product quality</p><p>Assist with SEO improvements across product pages and collections</p><p>Provide recommendations to improve conversion and user experience</p><p>Work closely with me during early stages, transitioning to weekly check-ins</p><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><p>Strong experience with Shopify (especially product management and backend operations)</p><p>Experience with Shopify Collective is a plus</p><p>Strong eye for product presentation, imagery, and brand consistency</p><p>Basic SEO understanding (product and collection optimization)</p><p>Excellent organization and communication skills</p><p>Ability to take direction but also proactively suggest improvements</p><p>Comfortable working collaboratively and iterating quickly</p><p>Nice to Have:</p><p>Experience with lifestyle, Western, or hospitality brands</p><p>Experience managing multi-vendor or marketplace-style stores</p><p>Familiarity with customer service workflows inside Shopify</p><p>Working Style:</p><p>High involvement during pre-launch phase</p><p>Transition to ongoing support and store management</p><p>Collaborative, communicative, and detail-focused</p><p>I am very accessible and will provide clear direction and feedback</p><p>Goal:</p><p>Launch a polished, curated Western lifestyle store that reflects the quality and reputation of our established brand, and maintain a seamless, high-quality customer experience.</p><p>If you are someone who can bring organization, taste, and operational strength to a growing brand, I would love to hear from you.</p>

 <li>Drivers are expected to provide clients with pleasant customer service and maintain safe actions and speeds while driving in their shift for UMT.</li>
 <li>Drivers are expected to exhibit a team work mentality, with a willingness for flexibility and understanding in a need for schedule changes as they occur.</li>
 <li>Drivers are responsible for maintaining accurate and orderly paperwork to be sent to administration weekly.</li>

 <li>Drivers must be able to life a minimum of 50 lbs</li>

 <li>Drivers must be able to pass drug screening, motor vehicle record check and background checks</li>

 <p>We are looking for individuals who are wanting and willing to drive up to 200 miles outside of the city of Wichita for transport needs, with wide hours of availability to accommodate what our contracts need from us.</p>
 <p>As a driver for UMT you would be an independent contractor, so you supply what your hours of availability are and we schedule you within that based on the trips we have assigned. Not only do you determine your own hours to a degree, you get to enjoy your vehicle as your office space every day! The schedule tends to become more fluid on some days, but you always get to choose the music, or muzak!</p>

The <b>Patient Coordinator</b> (PC) is the first point of contact with patients who are seeking medical assistance and support from their doctor. The PC builds an immediate trust with the patient as well as provides compassion and empathy using customized scripting. The PC accurately documents the patient's needs prior to the patient speaking with a nurse.<br>

<b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b><br>

<li>Answers incoming calls using approved scripting in handling emergency and non-emergency calls.</li>
<li>Identifies and forwards calls promptly to nurses through the phone screening process.</li>
<li>Documents non-medical information such as physician referral.</li>
<li>Communicates promptly issues of concern to management.</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality of all protected health information and other TeamHealth related information</li>

    <title>LEAD MEDICAL BILLING SPEC-REMOTE</title>

 To manage the accounts receivable for timely and maximum reimbursement by adhering to company billing and collection policies. In addition the team lead, will review coding &amp; charges, ensure the completion of team members daily task, and follow-up with external and internal customers to ensure the remediation of customer issues that may arise. The team lead should communicate with the AR Manager concerning central billing issues, questions, concerns, corrective actions or training needs. 
 <br>
 <br><b>Team Leader Responsibilities and Duties</b>: 
 <br>
 <br>
 The Medical Billing Specialist Team Leader is responsible for the entry of all data processed through the Accounts Receivable Office; including all system documentation, charges, payments (lockbox &amp; mail), adjustment and other transactions. The Medical Billing Specialist performs daily, monthly and special system processing requirements (i.e. batch posting and balancing). 
 <br>
 <br>
 1) Coding/Charge Review 
 <br>
 a) Ensure Team Members are completing tasks/job functions timely 
 <br>
 <ul>
 <li>Coders receive charges from centers</li>
 <li>Coders code charges within 1 day/24 hours of receipt of charge from centers</li>
 <li>Coded charges/charge slips to Charge Entry team same day as coding completed</li>
 <li>Charge Review team defers any charge not accepted with notes indicating why the charge is deferred</li>
 </ul>b) Work with CBO AR Manager to develop a common (all CBO centers) way for each center to report charges (surgery, hospital rounding, etc.) 
 <br>
 c) Work with CBO AR Manager/CBO Administrator to implement coding education for CBO staff 
 <br>
 2) Customer Service 
 <br>
 a) Faxes, mail and courier items distributed immediately (utilizing mail boxes at front door rather than interrupting staff at work stations) 
 <br>
 <ul>
 <li>Charges received via fax are batched using a Batch cover sheet</li>
 <li>Batch is logged into the Extraction Log on the CBO Shred Drive</li>
 <li>Batch is delivered to the correct coding staff member’s mailbox</li>
 </ul>b) Hardcopy and Secondary Claims printed daily

 c) Verify BWC claim/info is correctly processed 
 <br>
 3) Charge Entry

 a) Ensure team members are completing tasks/job functions timely

 As a Healthguide, you will be supported by clinical teams in your strengthening of the connection between the patient and their primary care physician/medical practice staff, as well as improving the patient’s health and well-being. The Healthguide engages patients and helps them navigate their care, solve their healthcare issues, and improves communication with their medical practice.</p>
 <p><b> WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING</b></p>
 <ul>
 <li>Working primarily remotely, Healthguides will be working with the patient’s medical practice staff and Guidehealth’s Case Management team, to manage a targeted population of patients.</li>
 <li>Functioning independently and being a highly collaborative team member as an extension of medical practice.</li>
 <li>Assisting the patient in achieving better health outcomes by addressing their questions and concerns, connecting them with the medical practice, partnering in implementing high-impact care plans and closing care gaps, escalating medical issues, and navigating them to the right resources including assisting with referrals to specialty care and community-based organizations (CBOs).</li>
 <li>Accurately documenting patients’ medical history and medical issues in the electronic health record (EHR).</li>
 <li>Understanding the referral and prior authorization process.</li>
 <li>Continuously building a trusting, professional, working relationship with assigned medical practices and within the Guidehealth organization.</li>
 <li>Implementing and meeting assigned Key Performance Indicators to produce a positive patient health outcome, while decreasing medical spend.</li>
 <li>Utilize effective communication modalities (calls, texts, portals, emails) to engage and schedule high-risk patients.</li>
 <li>Appropriately escalating medical issues to the Health Guide Registered Nurse, Primary Care Physician Medical practice or Guidehealth leadership.</li>

 <li><b> Certified or Registered Medical Assistant OR Certified EMT required with 2 or more years of experience. </b></li>
 <li>A love for patient coordination to serve people with complex medical and social needs.</li>
 <li>Willingness to become proficient in motivational interviewing, critical listening skills and behavioral change management that lead to better patient engagement.</li>
 <li>Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, patience, professionalism, and respect in all patient, team, and client interactions.</li>
 <li>Exceptional conversation skills and the ability to precisely document patient interviews leveraging software and in real time.</li>
 <li>Experience and understanding of medical terminology and the function of a primary care physician practice.</li>
 <li>Knowledge of the social determinants of health.</li>
 <li>Demonstrated competency and ability to independently navigate technology using multiple platforms, computer screens, and other technical components (i.e., Electronic Medical Records, care management analytics databases, phone dialing system, Microsoft Office).</li>

Exercises and activations are planned and unplanned, and may require long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>All MWEOC employees are: (1) required to use a government-issued electronic device (to include cellular phones); (2) subject to recall during emergency situations; and (3) required to perform work in locations both above and below ground.</strong><br>\n<br>\n<strong>What will I do in this position if hired?</strong></p>\n\n<p>In this position, you will serve as a Utility Systems Operator responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining site water and wastewater systems. Typical assignments include:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Serving as a plant operator for efficient and continuous operation of all utility systems.</li>\n\t<li>Determining maintenance problems and initiating immediate corrective action.</li>\n\t<li>Maintaining accurate records of all phases of plant operations (ie., water treatment, wastewater treatment).</li>\n\t<li>Operating water treatment and sewage treatment facilities & performing water treatment tests and measurements which require knowledge of various microbiological organisms.</li>\n\t<li>Recognizing the cause of faulty equipment and making repairs on large systems that provide for a variety of air conditioning.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Certifications Required for the position:</strong><br>\n<br>\n<strong>WG-09: </strong>The incumbent must currently possess and maintain a Virginia Class III Water Treatment License <strong>or</strong> a Virginia Class IV Wastewater Treatment License.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>WG-10: </strong>The incumbent must currently possess and maintain a Virginia Class III Water Treatment License <strong>and</strong> a Virginia Class IV Wastewater Treatment License. Qualification requirements emphasis is on the quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Working Conditions: </strong>Water and Wastewater treatment plant operators usually work indoors and occasionally work outside for short periods where they are subject to prevailing weather conditions. They are exposed to constant noise, rotating machinery, dirt, grease, chemicals, oil, and fumes in the work area. Water plant operators are subject to cuts and abrasions from the use of tools and equipment and bums from chemicals. In addition, they work on catwalks and ladders. Operators at this level follow prescribed safety practices and use safety equipment such as face shields, gloves, hard-toe shoes, respirators, and protective clothing. Some of these safety items may be uncomfortable to wear and may be worn or used for long periods.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Physical Effort: </strong>Water and Wastewater treatment plant operators do considerable walking, standing on concrete floors, and climbing stairways and ladders. Light to moderate physical effort is necessary to turn valves and controls. They frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) unassisted and occasionally lift and carry heavier items with assistance of other workers or with lifting devices.\n<p>Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.</p>\n\n<p><strong>NOTE:</strong> Qualifications are based on breadth/level of experience. In addition to describing duties performed, applicants must provide exact dates of each period of employment (from MM/YY to MM/YY) and the number of hours worked per week if part time.
