<h3>The Position</h3><p><b><span> </span>2026 Fall Intern - Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization</b></p><p></p><p><b>Department Summary </b></p><p></p><p><span>We cultivate long-term relationships with contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) around the world to boost the capacity and capabilities of our supply network as our portfolio evolves.  We prioritize speed, quality and cost with our 80+ CDMO partners to deliver clinical materials and 55 commercial product families to more than 70 markets.   We serve as a center of excellence that represents 80+ people based in North America and Europe with broad technical experience and a high-performance mindset to deliver on the Pharma Vision for Roche.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>This internship position is located in South San Francisco, </span>Fully remote. </b></p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Spearhead and/or participate in workstream initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate workshops / team break-out sessions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop metrics and performance indicators.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create and manage data repositories / communication channels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Other activities as assigned by Head of PTT Strategy Realization Office.</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b>Program Highlights </b></p><ul><li><p><b>Intensive 12-weeks full-time paid internship. </b></p></li><li><p><b>Program start dates are in September(Fall).</b></p></li><li><p><b>A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.</b> </p></li><li><p><span>Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are (Required) </b></p><p></p><p><b>Required Education: You meet one of the following criteria: </b></p><ul><li><p>Must be pursuing or have attained an Associate's Degree.</p></li><li><p>Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).</p></li><li><p>Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program).</p></li><li><p>Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student).</p></li><li><p>Must have attained a Master's Degree.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Majors:</b> Pursuing a degree in Life Science/ Business/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics/ Liberal Arts / or related fields.</p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Ability to work with a global team, collaborate with scientists, engineers, business analysts and consultants from different cultures and locations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactive, inquisitive, and good communication skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to intake and synthesize information.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use quantitative and qualitative approaches to solve business problems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exhibit a passion for high quality and strive for continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li><p>Leadership – building and/or guiding a team, project or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Project/program management.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with MS Office and other collaboration / productivity tools.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Agile fundamentals a plus.</span></p></li><li><p>Cross-cultural experience, a plus.</p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b>Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. </b></p><p></p><p><span>The expected salary range for this position is $21.00-$40.00 per<span> </span>hour.
