QNX(R) software is trusted across industries including automotive, medical devices, industrial controls, robotics, commercial vehicles, rail, and aerospace and defense.We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong system-level technical expertise in the robotics industry, combined with a proven background as a OS/SW developer and/or Software FAE (Field Application Engineer).This role bridges Mobility robotics technology and strategic business development, and need sales ability working closely with leading Korean robotics companies including Hyundai Motor Group Robotics Division, Doosan Robotics, Hanwha Robotics, and Rainbow Robotics etc.The successful candidate will engage directly with R&D, system architects, and decision-makers, providing both technical credibility and commercial leadership.Key Responsibilities### In this role you will: Develop and execute sales strategies for key robotics segments: Mobility, Manufacturing/Industrial, and Delivery & Logistics robots.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts within major Korean robotics OEMs.

Lead technical-commercial negotiations from initial engagement through to final contract closure.

Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with customer executives, engineering leaders, and procurement teams.

Act as a technical advisor on system architecture, focusing on RTOS, safety-critical systems, robotics platforms, and ROS.

Provide pre-sales technical consulting, including requirement analysis, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept support.

Gather market intelligence on customer roadmaps and industry trends to influence internal product strategy.### You will have following skills & Experience: Proven industry experience in robotics, embedded systems, or a related technology field.

Hands-on technical background as an OS/Software engineer, FAE, or system architect; QNX knowledge is a strong advantage.

Documented experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical sales, FAE, or business development.

Strong technical understanding of robotics architectures (ROS), real-time operating systems (RTOS), and embedded software platforms.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value for both engineers and executives.
