Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Perform property tax notice and bill entry into PTMS, OneSource, and DMA’s internal software PTCA • Prepare tax payments on behalf of clients for jurisdictional liabilities by assigned due date • Review the missing bills and notices reports and research items not received • Preparation of exception reports • Contact taxing authorities to request information • Prepare funding requests to send to the client in order to receive funds for timely payments • Ensure all applicable tax bills and remittances are processed, printed, matched, scanned, and mailed in a timely manner • Prepare client bank reconciliations to determine any discrepancies and make calls on any checks outstanding for more than 60 days • Breaking out and renaming of scanned documents to be placed in client folders that will be uploaded to DMA’s web portal • Log certified numbers into PTCA for tax bills • Assist team members in addressing client inquires Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Assist with filing of extension requests and updating PTCA accordingly • Assist Property Tax Assistants during heavy filing deadlines including creating and sealing mailers, and copying/scanning returns, renditions, work papers, etc. • Perform other duties as assigned Education and Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent required • 1-3 years office or administrative experience preferred • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel and MS Word • Familiarity with database entry with high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task • Organization and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment #LI-JS1 #LI-ONSITE The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
