💡 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance database solutions supporting the client’s core software systems.

You will collaborate closely with development and architecture teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable database solutions. This role focuses heavily on performance tuning, optimization, and ensuring high availability while maintaining a seamless end-user experience.

You will also become a subject matter expert in data structures, workflows, and business processes.

🔹 Develop and maintain high-performance database code

🔹 Design database objects (stored procedures, functions, views, tables)

🔹 Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and solutions

🔹 Troubleshoot and optimize database performance

🔹 Perform code reviews to ensure quality and standards

🔹 Support complex SQL development and incident resolution

🔹 Maintain documentation for database systems

🔹 Identify and implement performance improvements

🔹 Provide Level 2/3 production support

✔️ 5+ years of SQL Server database development

✔️ Strong expertise in T-SQL (ANSI standards & latest enhancements)

✔️ Experience with performance tuning, indexing, and optimization

✔️ Hands-on experience with large-scale, high-performance databases

✔️ Experience with Query Store & DMVs for performance analysis

✔️ Knowledge of SQL Server Agent & automation tools

✔️ Experience with SSDT, version control, and deployments

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
