You will act as the strategic bridge between our centralized Infrastructure and Data divisions and the client-facing teams they support.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering, you will navigate the interplay between platform product roadmaps and the requirements of external-facing divisions. You will drive a culture of excellence—using DORA metrics and robust incident management—to ensure our foundational services are scalable, compliant, and highly reliable. Your leadership will transform complex dependencies into actionable plans that balance long-term platform stability with immediate business needs.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">For this role, you will need to be based and work along CET timezone hours (or maximum +/- 2 hours deviation).</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Outcomes</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Optimize Platform Delivery:</strong> Drive the delivery lifecycle for Infrastructure and Data squads, using DORA metrics to provide data-backed insights into speed and quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Sync Cross-Divisional Priorities:</strong> Align centralized platform roadmaps with the requirements of client-facing divisions, successfully managing competing priorities and dependencies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own Service Levels & Incidents:</strong> Maintain high service levels (SLAs/SLOs) for foundational products.
