We are seeking experienced Epic Analysts (mid-to-senior level) to join our team and support Lumens, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Ambulatory modules. In this role, you ll be a key contributor to maintaining and optimizing the Epic EHR system, working closely with client teams to solve complex challenges, improve workflows, and drive system enhancements.
  • *As an Epic Analyst at Cardamom:
  • Collaborate with Cardamom and client teams to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
  • Provide expert-level support to users and stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues and offering effective solutions within Epic.
  • Assist in gathering requirements, preparing specifications, and building Epic system configurations for Lumens, Willow Inpatient, and Willow Ambulatory.
  • Resolve moderate to complex system issues, identifying root causes and applying solutions; escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Follow change control procedures for system builds, ensuring stability and compliance post-implementation.
  • Support internal initiatives, optimization projects, and special client requests.
  • Ensure all work meets agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response time and issue resolution.
  • Serve as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and improved system functionality.
  • Assist with user training and support, helping staff maximize Epic capabilities.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • *Our ideal Epic Analyst will have:
  • 5+ years of Epic experience with Lumens, Willow Inpatient, or Willow Ambulatory
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
