This role sits at the centre of our international planning team, shaping direction across markets while building trusted senior relationships. You’ll balance strategic clarity with hands‑on leadership, helping clients navigate change and unlock growth through media. It’s a role for someone who enjoys collaboration, complexity and making a real impact through their work.<br>What you’ll be doing<br>Lead global, multi‑market media strategy across a large international client portfolio, ensuring consistency while respecting local nuance.<br>Act as a senior day‑to‑day partner for global, regional and local client stakeholders, managing relationships with confidence and credibility.<br>Own the development and delivery of clear, high‑quality strategic recommendations and presentations that respond directly to client challenges.<br>Collaborate closely with international markets, specialist teams and senior agency leaders to deliver best‑in‑class work.<br>Lead, coach and support a direct team, while contributing to a wider international community of practitioners.<br>Partner with senior leadership on forecasting, revenue management and delivery against contractual commitments.<br>Identify opportunities for innovation, experimentation and growth that benefit both client outcomes and agency capability.<br>Skills we’re looking for<br>Experience leading complex global or multi‑regional client relationships within media, marketing or digital environments.<br>Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify complexity and turn insight into clear direction.<br>Confidence working with senior stakeholders across cultures, markets and time zones.<br>Proven experience developing and supporting high‑performing teams through coaching and collaboration.<br>A solid understanding of digital ecosystems, data‑informed marketing and full‑funnel media strategy.<br>Commercial awareness, with experience contributing to Salary: GBP 60000 - 80000 per year
