To address growing gaps of pipeline health and Go-To-Market discipline, enabling improved conversion rates and operational scalability<p></p><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOU'LL DO </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze MQL → Opportunity conversion performance, including volume, velocity, and quality</li><li>Track and enforce SLA adherence and funnel stage progression timelines across Marketing and Sales</li><li>Identify funnel bottlenecks, leakage points, and process inefficiencies, and drive actionable improvements</li><li>Own execution of the Health & Discipline framework, ensuring consistent adoption across regions</li><li>Maintain and enhance account-centric GTM visibility across accounts, opportunities, and contacts</li><li>Ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across Salesforce and related GTM systems</li><li>Support governance and optimization of Salesforce campaign hierarchy and attribution models</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards tracking: Conversion rates and funnel, velocity; Pipeline progression and coverage; SLA adherence and discipline metrics</li><li>Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and leadership stakeholders</li><li>Partner with Regional Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to drive adoption of GTM standards and processes</li><li>Support GTM Enablement initiatives, particularly within the Service Provider ecosystem</li><li>Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across teams and systems</li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR</b></p><p></p><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Analytics, or similar roles</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (campaigns, opportunities, reporting, data models)</li><li>Proven experience analyzing funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)</li><li>Experience building dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools</li><li>Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and drive actionable insights</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps stakeholders</li><li>Solid understanding of GTM processes, funnel management, and pipeline governance</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting integrity</li><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into business impact</li></ul><p><i>*Please submit your resume and application in English</i></p><p></p><p><b>WHO WE ARE</b></p><p>A Swiss company founded in Singapore in 2003, Acronis offers over twenty years of innovation with 15 offices worldwide and more than 1800 employees in 50+ countries.
