Role Description

En Remitee nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de Soporte Operativo para sumar a nuestro equipo de Payments Operations.

  • Brindar soporte directo a nuestros clientes a través de la resolución de los casos asignados.
  • Extraer y manipular información de las diferentes bases de datos.
  • Detectar desvíos en la operación y llevar adelante las acciones necesarias para solución.
  • Interactuar con otras áreas para garantizar la resolución de los casos a cargo.
  • Analizar los datos disponibles para mejorar indicadores y tableros de seguimiento de la operación.
  • Velar por un servicio de excelencia a nuestros clientes.

Qualifications

  • Capacidad resolutiva.
  • Disponibilidad nocturna.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de gestión de tickets (Jira).
  • Habilidades interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares.
  • Conocimientos en SQL y Power BI.
  • Experiencia en atención B2B (fintech es un plus).
  • Guardias rotativas eventuales en Feriados.
