We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Anesthesiology Physician to join our dynamic healthcare network. Required Skills

  • Valid California medical license and Board Certification in Anesthesiology
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in tertiary care centers
  • Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure, high-acuity settings
  • Experience with general and regional anesthesia techniques
  • Strong knowledge of EMR systems, specifically EPIC
  • Current DEA license with Schedule 2/2N registration
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (must be AHA approved)
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Regional anesthesia experience or interest
  • Familiarity with acute and chronic pain procedures
  • Interest or experience working with CRNAs
  • Flexibility to float between multiple hospitals and surgical centers
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Fellowship training in areas such as pain management, critical care, or related specialties is a plus
  • Experience working solo in complex hospital environments
  • Recent practice within the last 2-3+ years in high-acuity settings
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to support a flexible schedule with at least 2 weeks of coverage per month
  • Ability to work both inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures, supporting adult and adolescent patients (13+)
  • No need for fixed shifts; schedules will be day-based with 5x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00)
  • Availability to commence work by June 15, 2026; credentialing timeframe is approximately 60-90 days
  • References: Provide 2 professional references for verification prior to onboarding
