We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Urology Physician to join our dynamic hospital setting starting June 1, 2026. This full-time locum position offers you the opportunity to provide expert urological care within a state-of-the-art facility equipped with robotic surgery and a supportive team dedicated to excellence. Required Skills:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • PA License (preferred for quicker onboarding)
  • DEA certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant Urology experience
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in core procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, circumcision, and Orchiopexy
  • Excellent communication and patient management abilities
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume hospital setting with a trauma level 1 designation
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with robotic surgery
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC
  • Ability to supervise NP/PAs comfortably
  • Skilled in managing diverse patient populations, including occasional pediatric cases
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • At least 1 year of post-residency urology practice
Other Requirements:
  • Active PA license preferred for expedited credentialing
  • Availability to work 24-hour call shifts with callback duties
  • Willingness to support occasional pediatric cases or OB-related support if needed
  • Ability to support hospital in operating procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate treatments, lithotripsy, and rare penile procedures
