Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative cosmetic and aesthetic medicine team. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and laser procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty and confidence goals. Your expertise in patient assessment, treatment planning, and procedural execution will be vital in providing exceptional care in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Duties

  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and safety.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess skin health, discuss treatment options, and develop customized care plans aligned with client goals.
  • Manage pre- and post-treatment patient care, including education on recovery processes and potential side effects.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist in clinical research projects related to new aesthetic techniques or products to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • Ensure sterile processing and aseptic techniques during all procedures to uphold safety standards.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance strategies for long-lasting results.

Qualifications

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to perform aesthetic procedures.
  • Proven experience in medical office settings with a focus on dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin biology relevant to cosmetic treatments.
  • Hands-on experience with botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth for accurate documentation.
  • Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with compassionate communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Additional experience in critical care, hospital settings, or working with special populations such as geriatrics or individuals with disabilities is advantageous but not required.
