Position Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health, you will provide comprehensive gynecological and reproductive healthcare services, including preventive care, screenings, diagnosis, and treatment of women’s health issues. Working in a dynamic outpatient clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and examinations for women across all age groups.
  • Diagnose and manage common and complex women’s health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide patient education on preventive health, contraception, and wellness.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and community resources to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Women’s Health, Urgent Care, or primary care settings.
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active and unrestricted California NP license.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred, with the ability to conduct full assessments unaided.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • DEA certification.
  • Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. No night or weekend call requirements.
  • Salary Range: $80.00 to $85.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
