Convert Marketing Profit Center order forecasts to shipment forecasts by engine product family and model. Develop 2–24-month order forecasts by MPC, by product family, and by model. Recommend to and convert MBU and Administrative requests for product to orders and shipment forecasts. Develop long-range forecasts by MPC for one or more MBU’s. Responsible for measuring and improving forecast accuracy. Prepare monthly demand review and Pre-SOP materials, track sales, shipments, inventory, orders, and major deals by MBU. Impact key quality goals including customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost savings, process quality, internal quality certification, office certification, and ISO 9000 certification. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field and 5 years of experience with Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Logistics Processes, Forecasting Processes, or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Power BI for data analysis of forecasts and supply chain information; (2) Capital investment development analysis (ECCP); (3) Production order to delivery processes, including development of standard work; (4) Research and integration of design and manufacturing requirements for operational plan development; (5) Leading Demand Signal and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); and (6) Manufacturing methods related to fabrication operations.
