Program Manager – Analyst II – Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects aligned with business objectives. This role involves driving cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and delivering measurable outcomes across programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership & Governance: Define and maintain program governance structure, including steering committees and workstreams.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate strategy, compliance, and ERP modernization objectives.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop and manage the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies; oversee end‑to‑end delivery: design, build, integration, testing, cutover, and hyper‑care.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to secure buy‑in and manage expectations; facilitate workshops and decision‑making forums.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, drive organizational change management, communication, and training plans.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage external system integrators and technology partners; ensure alignment with SAP Value Assurance and other best practices.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Control program budget and resource allocation; track KPIs and report progress to executive sponsors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in large‑scale ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
  • Strong background in program management, governance, and delivery in complex environments.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and communication.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation principles.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Preferred qualifications: experience in automotive or manufacturing industries; knowledge of finance, supply chain, and HR processes; PMP or equivalent certification; fluency in French and English.

Compensation and Location

Location: Quebec. Compensation range: $104,000–$130,000.

Benefits

  • Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), paid holidays, and eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
  • Eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage and Company‑paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
  • Full‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires) and are eligible for the same health benefits.
  • Part‑time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires).
  • Employees working in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits receive the benefits applicable to that law.
