Your Responsibilities

Engage with potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform and your personal network Initiate conversations with prospective candidates to introduce MLR and assess their interest Organize meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement throughout the hiring quest Keep accurate and current records within our applicant tracking system Enjoy the rewards of commission based on appointments scheduled, interviews held, and hires facilitated through your connections.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a performance-driven, commission-only structure. This means your earning capacity is limitless and your success is unfettered.

Compensation is based on true contributions:

Earn commissions for every qualified meeting you facilitate Additional income generated when interviews occur from your outreach efforts Enhanced commission on net-new business introductions Bonus commissions for validated placements stemming from your leads Opportunities for further earnings based on performance (e.g. retention bonuses)
