Private Advertiser is a global consulting and software company looking to expand their US sales team by hiring an experienced Account Director. The role focuses on generating new business for Software Sales and Consulting Services, managing high-profile existing customers, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic account planning.


Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through strong relationships and strategic account planning
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue within set portfolio
  • Collaborate with customer success and professional services teams to drive product adoption and ensure client satisfaction
  • Leverage data to monitor account health and identify areas for expansion
  • Act as a trusted advisor, solving problems and driving long-term customer success
  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Establish and grow relationships at all levels in potential and current customers
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions
