We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   </p><p style="text-align:inherit !important"></p><p><b>Senior Analyst – Payday</b></p><p></p><p><b>What this job involves:</b></p><p></p><p>Role will be primarily focused on the Pay Day & Workday Labor allocation intersection, but also engage in creating payroll accounting journals across the full suite of PeopleSoft 9.2 modules. </p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Prepare Excel/Pivot charts for daily functioning.</p></li><li><p>Processes company’s payroll every pay period in People Soft.</p></li><li><p>Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data in People Soft.</p></li><li><p>Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes.</p></li><li><p>Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain all relevant documentation, specifically the Global Data Dictionary.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of master data, including performing & reporting on periodic audits.</p></li><li><p>Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deductions.</p></li><li><p>Generating payroll reports for Managers to review.</p></li><li><p>Attending to payroll inquiries from employees.</p></li><li><p>Preparing reports and sending to Stakeholders as part of monthly exercise</p></li><li><p>Identify appropriate use cases, create, and execute UAT test scripts.</p></li><li><p>Supporting business initiatives/ support changes.</p></li><li><p>Lead Governance Calls/Meetings with stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Participate in data extraction, data conversion, data clean up and system configuration.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate & follow up with Cluster PMOs & service delivery teams to drive action items.</p></li><li><p>Support new country transitions to Payday process</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Sounds like you? To apply, you need to have:</b></p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience as a payroll senior or similar role.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g. PeopleSoft, Cognos) and MS Office (especially Excel)</p></li><li><p>Overall experience required 2+ years, specifically working on PeopleSoft 9.2 for Payroll.</p></li><li><p>Operational level experience in handling payroll processes in PeopleSoft.
