Senior Coordinator, Internal Communications - Channel & Analytics Strategy

Role Specific Information Job Description This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role In this role, you will support the execution of the strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of our internal communications channels. What You’ll Do Support the company’s internal communications channel strategy, collaborating with content partners to optimize how communications are delivered across channels, including channel selection, structure, user experience, and performance. Proactively manage the company’s intranet, enterprise-wide email platform, and digital signage systems, including creating, building, and publishing content across channels while ensuring consistency and accuracy. Develop and implement processes and best practices that drive continuous improvement and oversee the governance of communication platforms. Support the evaluation, planning, and rollout of new communication channels and tools, including vendor coordination, testing, and implementation. Consult and train internal users to effectively develop and maintain internal communication platforms, ensuring ease of use and adherence to best practices. Demonstrate strong project management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Monitor and analyze performance metrics for internal communications platforms to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Develop dashboards and reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve engagement and effectiveness of communication strategies. Collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure consistent, optimal functionality of the company's communication platforms. Manage vendor relationships for the internal communication platforms, ensuring service quality, timely deliverables, and alignment with company needs Oversee system enhancements and promptly troubleshoot technical issues to maintain seamless platform operations Lead efforts to improve internal communication systems by integrating new technologies and best practices, ensuring the platforms evolve with the company's needs Support manager in pre-event coordination, including communication plans, event scheduling, and logistics management. Demonstrates the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities and technologies, and apply a problem-solving mindset to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field 3+ years of related experience (e.g., internal communications & channel management) Experience in channel strategy, platform optimization, and/or digital operations (e.g., intranet, email platforms, employee experience tools, etc). Experience supporting analysis of engagement or platform data and translating insights into actionable, data-driven recommendations.
