A key responsibility in this role is back end acute operational support, such as: working on the business acute back-end coordinator, Acute back end KPI Scorecard, , executive status, cash performance metrics, Acute back end TIPS reporting, various reporting needs for Acute back end operations, Acute back end project coordination/support , and performance monitoring, analyst and notification.  This position directs the capture, flow, and monitoring of Ensemble’s Acute Back End key initiatives, develops initiative tracking and trending tools for management and establishes goals/objectives. This role will support and at times direct senior staff by assisting with resource planning and delegation work.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Job Functions:</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for holding, leading, and attending routine meetings with various levels of stakeholders to drive needed outcomes</li><li>Serves as the Working on the Business (WOTB) coordinator for Acute Back End Operations and ensures items are delivered on time and accurately as a result</li><li>Compiles Acute Backend (BE) Scorecards and analyses it for appropriate action and for leadership review</li><li>Create executive summaries based on data and initiatives</li><li>Create net new reports as needed for operational performance</li><li>Provide TIPS reporting, review and analysis and provide to leadership for alignment on next steps</li><li>Support BE Operational leadership with centralized reporting needs and projects</li><li>Coordinate/complete ad hoc request from operations and executive leaders as needed</li><li>Responsible for Acute Back End Engagement and Performance to include the following but not limited to: Service Level Agreement (SLA) tracking and reconciliation; Performance Monitoring; Internal Corporate wide Communications (Presentations, Monthly and Quarterly Operating Reviews, etc.); Compilation of financial, KPI, SLA, operational opportunities to enhance client outcomes</li><li>Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable Management to determine progress against strategic plans</li><li>Identify and report <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">financial/operational</span> opportunities and cost savings measures</li><li>Ensure effective monitoring and reporting controls are in place to improve performance</li><li>Evaluation of current processes and tools and propose changes in order to drive efficiencies within the organization</li><li>Coordinate operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans</li><li>Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project resources</li><li>Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and all barriers are communicated to the appropriate parties</li><li>Establish and maintain interdepartmental relationships will all stakeholders</li><li>Perform risk analyses to minimize project risks</li><li>Effectively communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that they are adequately informed on the project’s progress</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</li><li>Prepare proformas regarding changes in service lines and/or staffing structure</li><li>Anticipates executive leadership needs by gathering records, reports, data and correspondence for accurate reporting, prepares various documents and handles confidential matters, provides ad hoc reporting for when requested, coordinates and plans special training sessions</li><li>Informs executive leadership of potential operational problems after analysis of data</li><li>Works with members of analytics to research data nuances, determine patterns, quantify and communicate impact, and propose solutions for registration issues, Responsible for verification of the accuracy of the data being reported</li><li>Analyzes variances and trends to identify problems and/ or trend.</li><li>This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
