You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple clients within Breakmark’s portfolio. You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and our leadership team to deliver a top-tier candidate experience and help clients build high-performing teams fast.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across different clients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and ideal candidate profiles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source, screen, and engage top global talent using creative and data-driven strategies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and manage talent pipelines using modern ATS tools.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with other Breakmark consultants to share insights and best practices.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">6+ years of experience recruiting senior level technical and non-technical roles (in-house or agency).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven success recruiting for startups or high-growth tech companies. Deep understanding of the tech landscape (engineering, data, product).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong sourcing and communication skills, with global reach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent in English (mandatory); Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to handle different clients in different geographies, time zones and with different people needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.</p></li></ul>
