This team is responsible for ensuring the video quality and stability of large and/or strategically important streaming events. You will be part of a team of Event Engineers that supports events by assisting in event planning, providing an onsite presence during events, serving as a technical point of contact for third parties, engaging in high touch onboarding, troubleshooting video problems and supporting feature development activities such as Enhanced Broadcasting.</p><p>You can work in San Francisco, CA or Irvine, CA.</p><h2><b>You Will</b></h2><ul><li>Provide pre-production consulting, capacity planning, preflight testing and active monitoring for events from both remote and onsite contexts</li><li>Act as a technical point of contact for third-parties</li><li>Engage in high-touch onboarding for Twitch partners, VIPs and other strategic individuals</li><li>Troubleshoot video problems for other Twitch teams</li><li>Assist product teams with video-related Twitch feature development</li></ul><h2><b>You Have</b></h2><ul><li>2+ years of experience designing live production setups</li><li>Proven ability to deliver under pressure in a live environment.
