Title: Private Aviation & Estate Hospitality Specialist

Location: New York City

Schedule: Flexible schedule averaging approximately 40 hours weekly, based on operational needs

Compensation: $135,000–$150,000 DOE, plus discretionary annual bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, and 401(k)

Housing: Housing in Manhattan provided

Position Overview

A private UHNW household with residences in Manhattan and Greenwich, Connecticut is seeking an experienced, service-driven professional to join their team as a Private Aviation & Estate Hospitality Specialist.

This unique dual-role position blends private flight support with luxury household hospitality responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide seamless, elevated service both onboard private aircraft and within the family’s residences, ensuring an exceptional experience for the Principal and guests at all times.

The ideal individual is polished, adaptable, discreet, and thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments while maintaining impeccable standards of presentation and service.

Primary Responsibilities

Private Aviation Support

  • Deliver first-class in-flight hospitality and personalized passenger service
  • Prepare and maintain aircraft cabin presentation before and after flights
  • Manage onboard food and beverage service according to guest preferences
  • Ensure all safety procedures and cabin protocols are followed with precision
  • Coordinate effectively with pilots, crew members, catering teams, and ground personnel
  • Anticipate passenger needs to create a seamless and comfortable travel experience
  • Respond professionally and calmly in time-sensitive or emergency situations
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Estate Hospitality & Service

  • Provide refined household service for the Principal, family members, and guests
  • Execute formal and informal dining service with attention to timing and presentation
  • Assist with private entertaining, dinners, and special events from setup through completion
  • Maintain guest-facing areas and service spaces to the highest standards
  • Collaborate closely with household staff across multiple residences
  • Anticipate household needs and proactively address service details
  • Support additional butler-style and hospitality-related responsibilities as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Flight Attendant required
  • Background in luxury hospitality, private households, yachting, fine dining, or estate service strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule and traveling frequently when required
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Poised under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in all settings
  • Able to work independently while integrating smoothly into a larger household team
  • Proactive, intuitive, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise

Additional Information

Travel schedules and flight assignments will typically be coordinated in advance. During non-travel periods, the candidate will assist with hospitality and service support within the family’s residences and during private events.

Formal corporate aviation certification is not mandatory; however, candidates should be enthusiastic about receiving training and growing within the aviation aspect of the role.
