Sr. Key Account Manager, eCommerce & Digital Shelf

<div><b>Job Description Summary: </b><br/><br/>The Senior Key Account Manager, eCommerce & Digital Shelf will lead strategic customer management across Pure Play and omni-channel eCommerce customers, while owning the end-to-end digital shelf strategy across the full portfolio. This includes overseeing digital asset creation and ensuring best-in-class content is consistently syndicated across all omni-channel customers.<br/><br/>This role is responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts, reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Sales. The individual will serve as a key representative of the company, driving strategic sales execution and delivering against financial objectives in alignment with broader organizational goals.<br/><br/><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br/><br/>Customer Leadership<br/><ul><li>Lead the planning, development, and execution of growth strategies across eCommerce customers, leveraging digital levers including search, content, assortment, pricing, promotions, and retail media</li><li>Develop and manage integrated promotional and media calendars, aligning investments to key moments to maximize visibility, conversion, and ROI</li><li>Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing to optimize investment across trade and retail media, ensuring efficient deployment of spend (with agency support) to drive profitable growth</li><li>Own P&L performance for assigned accounts, including forecasting, budget management, and delivery against revenue, share, and profitability targets</li><li>Analyze account performance using retailer platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Luminate) and syndicated/third-party data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks</li><li>Monitor competitive activity, search trends, and category dynamics to inform strategy and provide actionable recommendations to leadership</li></ul><br/><br/>Digital Shelf & System Leadership<br/><ul><li>Foster and grow relationships across the Bottler System.
