We curate vehicles submitted by our audience and craft transparent auction listings that present the vehicles as they are-without superlatives or dubious used-car-lot language. BaT's ever-growing community of knowledgeable users vets each listing so potential buyers can bid with confidence. Your ImpactBaT continues to grow, and we are hiring a remote Weekend Auction Support Specialist to take our customers over the finish line! In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for sellers during live auctions and provide them with a standout customer service experience, from initial approval of their listing through the end of their auction. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely. You will monitor comments, triage requests or issues during live auctions and respond directly or escalate to internal stakeholders, as appropriate. You will manage any necessary updates and/or corrections to your assigned live auctions. You will assist sellers whose auction listings are ready to go live by answering questions and providing updates/general support. You will record and maintain data, including which auctions were monitored, any corrections made, and all communication sent or received. You will support your colleagues with tasks in their queues, as time allows. You may be assigned additional duties and projects on an as-needed basis. Who You Are You have excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of motivation, integrity, and warmth. You have outstanding communication skills; you can talk to anybody about anything, and you love to make connections with others! You have a strong sense of empathy; you're an excellent listener with a genuine interest in helping others. You have previous experience in customer service with at least 1-2 years of professional experience within a fast-paced customer service environment or in a customer-facing role, such as within a call-center or high-volume email/communications. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
