The ideal candidate is equal parts art educator, curriculum architect, creative systems thinker, and teacher coach.<br><br> </div><div>You'll help transform Kidcreate from a collection of engaging art classes into a deeply intentional, progression-based learning system that scales across a national franchise platform — working cross-functionally with operations, training, and marketing to ensure curriculum is engaging for students, executable for instructors, consistent across locations, and designed to drive long-term retention.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Primary Responsibilities<br></strong><br> </div><div> <strong>Curriculum Strategy & Architecture<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Lead development of a progressive, Skill based, year-round curriculum system for Art 2 (ages 6–8) and Art 3 (ages 9–12), spanning two 21-week school semesters and one 10-week summer semester</li> <li>Build developmental progression models balancing technical skill, creativity, confidence, and social engagement</li> <li>Establish learning objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes for each term and age group</li> <li>Develop a long-term roadmap for future curriculum expansion and advanced pathways</li> </ul><div> <strong>Lesson & Project Development<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Create and oversee weekly lesson plans, project roadmaps, classroom activities, teacher guides, and skill-building exercises</li> <li>Ensure projects are age-appropriate, visually exciting, operationally repeatable, and achievable within class time</li> <li>Design for varying
